Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a comonly used material in sheet metal manufacturing, valued for its exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and clean, modern appearance. Its ability to withstand moisture, chemicals, and extreme temperatures makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

In sheet metal manufacturing, stainless steel is widely used to produce enclosures, panels, brackets, kitchen equipment, medical devices, architectural features, and industrial machinery components. Its hygienic properties and ease of cleaning make it especially important in food processing, pharmaceutical, and healthcare environments.

Commonly used grades such as 304 and 316 offer excellent formability and weldability, allowing stainless steel sheets to be cut, bent, and fabricated into precise components without compromising durability. Using our 6kw fibre optic laser, we can also cut up to 16mm Stainless Steel and offer surface finishing with our new Loewer 4TD Diskmaster.

Combining long service life with low maintenance and recyclability, stainless steel remains a reliable and sustainable choice for high-performance sheet metal applications.
