All work starts at Engineering – who have to decide how parts and components are to be manufactured.

Our team of experienced engineers are trained in AutoCad, Solidworks and Metalix CAD/CAM software and can fully support our customer’s development efforts with advice and feedback on practical and cost-effective solutions from prototype to volume production.

For quoting and production we require component details to be supplied in CAD files (2D. dxf or .dwg) (3D .step) as well as an orthographic representation of the part as a .pdf file.

From these drawings our engineers can accurately estimate costs to provide competitive and sustainable quotations for ongoing supply.

Once an order is taken, our qualified and dedicated sheetmetal workers and office staff then ensure the end product is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

We know the importance of ‘just in time’ manufacturing so to guarantee fast turn around times we maintain extra stock of the more commonly used sheet metal and fasteners to make sure our customer’s supply lines are never compromised.
