Our 6kW, LVD3015 Phoenix Fiber Optic Laser Cutter has capacity for 1500 x 3000mm sheets, thickness up to 20mm/steel, 16mm/aluminum & 12mm/copper & brass. Laser cutting offers a flexible and efficient method to produce components ready for delivery or for further processing.
Our LVD 1225 Turret Punch Press has a bed size of 1200 x 3000mm & an extensive range of tooling for all your perforating & forming work. The punch, stripper and die teamed with CNC offers an efficient method to produce components. Our machine can perforate a wide range of metals and plastics and even emboss details and countersink holes.
All our press brakes are equipped with CNC control and precision tooling, teamed with well trained and experienced operators to ensure your folding requirements are produced efficiently and accurately. Our capacity is 3meter lengths and 110 tonne.
Our Guillotine can cut up to 6mm copper and as thin as 1.5mm cardboard, and the machine has a rear support to ensure accurate cutting.
We keep a wide range of self-clinching fasteners in stock, available in Nutserts, Studs and Standoffs of length up to 32mm. We also have pneumatic pop riveting and stud-welding equipment.
Our spot and stud welding services operate in house with MIG and TIG welding outsourced to selected sub contractors.
